Travel Insurance - Theatre Workout
We believe that safety and enjoyment are equally important when booking a trip with Theatre Workout. It is therefore why it is a condition of booking with Theatre Workout that you have obtained adequate and valid specialist travel insurance that will cover your requirements for the entire duration of your trip.
Theatre Workout does not recommend any specific policy or insurance provider, but here are a few options you can consider:

Why do we need insurance?
Theatre Workout is committed to planning and organising your trip to minimise any risk, but there are some things which are out of our control. The most likely thing to cause cancellation or curtailment to your trip is related to travel, such as road congestion causing delays due to roadworks or accidents. This may result in a missed activity, such as a workshop, theatre performance, or other booking.

Your insurance should protect your trip against cancellation or curtailment, while also protecting individual students who may need to cancel due to ill health, etc.

If we miss an activity, can we get a refund?
No. If you do not arrive on time, or if you miss your booking entirely, you may be denied entry and your booking will not be refunded. It may be possible to reshedule your booking, but additional costs may be incurred.

If fault can be found with a travel provider and they fail to deliver thier travel service, they are liable for that service but not any other aspect of your trip. If issues are out of their control, such as road congestion, they are not liable.
