Your Safety
Your safety and enjoyment are important when booking a trip with Theatre Workout. We therefore strongly advise all groups to obtain group travel insurance to cover your requirements for the entire duration of your trip.
Why do I need insurance?
You don't - until you do!
Theatre Workout is committed to planning and organising your trip to minimise any risk, but there are some things which are out of our control. This may include ill health of individuals or the group, travel delays, or personal accident or injury while travelling, etc. which may result in the cancellation of your trip, or additional costs to correct.
If we miss an activity, can we get a refund?
If you do not arrive on time, or if you miss your booking entirely, you may be denied entry on arrival and your booking will not be refunded. It may be possible to reshedule your booking for some activities, but this is subject to availability, policies of service providers, and additional costs may be incurred.

Is insurance included in our package?
No. If Theatre Workout, or a service provider fails to deliver, compensation may be provided for that service, but not your whole trip.
For example, if a show is cancelled due to technical problems, you can rebook for another date, but you won't get your money back for the coach or anything else booked.
We recommend you secure your own group's insurance to protect you against curtailment or cancellation of your trip.
