Update 20/04/2020
Further to previous statements on 26th and 16th March 2020, Theatre Workout is continuing to work with advice from our partners and from Government regarding current lockdown restrictions, school reopenings, and current health and safety advice.
On 16th April 2020 the government announced the current lockdown restrictions will remain in place for "at least three weeks", but that the lockdown could continue until late June.
Theatre Workout is therefore forced to suspend all activity until Monday 11th May under the current guidance and will continue to monitor the situation. This decision is out of the control of Theatre Workout.
What about your bookings?
Any booking cancelled by clients before the announcement to close schools (20/03/2020) will be treated as per our usual terms and conditions.
Any workshop bookings cancelled due to UK Government restrictions from Monday 23rd March will be offered a credit note towards a replacement workshop or trip for a later date, minus any expenses incurred by Theatre Workout for work carried out as per the agreement for that trip*.
Any workshop booking cancelled by client for a date beyond 1st June 2020 will be treated as per our usual terms and conditions unless UK Government restrictions are extended. Please contact Theatre Workout about your booking if you have any questions.
Any third-part bookings for theatre tickets, travel, tours, etc will be treated as per the suppliers own terms and conditions. If refunds are offered for those services these will be passed on to the client as per our usual terms and conditions*. Most theatres are offering refunds but given the scale of the situation these may not be processed until the week of the booking, so we thank you for your patience.
*Workshop credit notes may be reduced by up to 30% depending on the nature of the booking, work already carried out, and costs incurred which cannot be reclaimed. Third-party refunds may be refunded minus any booking fees included in the ticket or package price.
