Theatre trips are our speciality, with London and Stratfor-Upon-Avon being our top destinations, but trips can be arranged across the UK. Past trips have been arranged to Liverpool, Oxford, Cambridge, York, and other UK cities.

As a DMC, we organise entire trips for hundreds of schools from around the world each year. Some book with us direct, many book through our global network of tour operator partners.

How we plan your trip
Our service saves you both time and money. All you need to do is tell us what you want and we'll do the rest!

When we get your enquiry, we'll provide you with an initial estimate for the trip based on previous trips we have arranged for other groups. This will include expected costs and a small buffer in case of any unexpected price hikes.
​
If you wish to proceed, we can make reservations and co-ordinate the logistics of your entire trip, providing you with an actual quote. 95% of our quotes come in under the estimate budget!

Payment plans can be arranged with the option of staggered payments on request.

Group Bookings - Top Tips:

Book as far in advance as possible to get the best available seats and discounts,

Weekdays offer the best discounts. Most theatre discounts are available on Monday-Thursday performances with very few discounts on Friday-Sunday shows, but never Saturday evenings!

Group bookings can normally be reserved for around four weeks. If you miss your payment date your tickets, rooms or tables may be released for sale to other clients, so just talk to us if you need more time.

Not all venues have ample disabled access. If you have any special requirements, vision, hearing or other mobility issues - including wheelchair access, please notify us at the time of booking to get the right seating and advice.

Exclusion dates may apply with some show discounts, such as school holidays. If discounts are not available we'll seek the best available option within your budget
