Stage Combat

This one-day workshop is designed for teachers and actors who want to understand the creative process of stage combat, and gain confidence in their ability to bring conflict into a performance, particularly when working with children and young performers.

This session will teach a range of unarmed stage combat techniques, explore the process of devising choreography, and how to teach it to your students. It may include:

• Punches
• Slaps
• Kicks
• Reverse/Victim Contol moves such as hair pulls and ear grabs
• Falls and reactions
