To avoid delays while travelling in London, Theatre Workout recommends using London's underground, rail and bus network as the fastest, cheapest and most reliable mode of transport for your group. However, if you prefer, private coaches can transport your group to every activity.

Hotel room
Hotel, Hostel & Home Stay
Accommodation

Hotel or hostel accommodation can be arranged for groups of 10+ in a wide range of superb London and national locations. Bed and breakfast packages are the default offer with optional packed lunches and evening meals.

 

Hotels are usually on a twin or triple bed basis for students, with staff in twin or single rooms. 2-5 star hotel options are available based on your budget and requirements.

Hostels provide private dormatories for students, and small dormatories for staff, usually with 2-4 staff per room. Most offer en-suite rooms, some offer shared bathroom facilities with individual, lockable cubiles with private toilet and shower facilities. 

​

Home stay accommodation is usually full-board with students and staff staying with host families, with 2-4 students/staff per house. Hosts will collect and drop off guests at a central meeting hub location each day so they can travel as a group. Popular with international student groups to improve language learning.

 

We work closely with a broad range of accommodation providers including budget, school-friendly hotels and hostels to five-star luxury hotels, and anything in between.

 

The quality of hostels and hotels in the UK is generally pretty high, and we work with major chains and independent providers, catering for groups of all backgrounds and budgets.

  • How many people are in your group?

  • Do you want single, twin, triple, or larger dorm-style rooms?

  • What is the ratio of male - female guests

  • Do you require any special arrangements, such as disabled access, preferred locations, or dietary requirements?

 

Once received, we'll check availability with suitable providers and get a quote to you ASAP.

 

Please note, some hotels and hostels may request a security deposit on arrival to student and other large groups which will be returned on check-out.
