How It Works
Booking A Workshop
Whether you want a one-off workshop as part of a broader programme, or a longer course, simply give us your preferred dates, times and group numbers 6-8 weeks in advance and we'll arrange it for you.
We'll send you a booking form to get the information we need to prepare your group's bespoke workshop, and tailor it to their requirements.
Booking Tickets & Tours
If you're looking for ad-hoc support, such as for theatre tickets, backstage tours, or pre-theatre meals, or anything else, about 3 months' notice is ideal. We can reserve bookings for 3-4 weeks while you make payment.
Tickets or vouchers will be emailed to you to pass on to your group.
Rooming lists and meal pre-orders need to be finalised at least 14 days in advance.
Booking A Package
When booking an entire package, 6-12 months' notice is ideal, to ensure all services can be managed effectively for you.
Packages include essentials of accommodation, meals and transfers, plus all your group's experiences. After your initial deposit, we usually take 3-4 instalments to secure the rest of your booking, finalising arrangements at least 6 weeks before travel.
