Adam Milford - Actor, Director, Producer and Theatre Practitioner: A specialist in classical theatre, devising and physical theatre, Founder and Director of Theatre Workout:

Adam first started working in theatre at the age of 17, leading a youth theatre course for children at Barnsley College. He studied Theatre Studies and English Literature at the University College Scarborough, gaining a BA Combined Honours Degree in 1998, after which he moved to London to train as an actor on the Academy Drama School’s Company Course, graduating in 2000.

Adam has since toured nationally on various theatre productions. His credits include several UK tours of TIE productions plus UK tours of Romeo & Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing. Other credits include Seen and Not Seen (1157 Performance Group), Ardeevan (RTE Best Short Film 2003), My Wrongs (BAFTA Best Short Film 2002), Supreme Beings (Feature Film), Terrance Rattican's After The Dance (National Theatre), Dominic (Partizan Films), Gordon's Gin (Commercial).

Adam founded Theatre Workout in 2006 and in 2007 established the English Theatre in Venice, producing Theatre Workout’s debut production of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing at the Teatro Fondamenta Nuove. Adam played the role of Claudio for the second time and the show received excellent audience reviews.
